There is no doubt about internet that it has a big influence in our daily life, because of its palatial aspects we pay for it monthly. And just because of financial issues around 40 percent of the world population are not able to connect to the internet.
To solve this problem, the American Company based in New York the Media Development Investment Fund (MDIF) it is a non-profit entrepreneur, they are planning to launch their new project “Outernet” to provide  internet access to the entire world with out any cost. The idea of outernet formed by Aaron Rogers, Branko Vukelic, Edward Birrane and Syed Karim their aim is to divide information around the globe , for this purpose they are working on this project since December 2013. This Wi-Fi connection will be provided from space through cube satellite so that all human living on earth can easily use it. Anyone with a device sitting in desserts of Africa or home can avail it without a regular internet connection. Outernet will also bypass censorship impose by the Government like YouTube and other websites, and can also bypass censorship laws in countries like China and North Korea. Our Government is not taking initiative towards it but through outernet we can easily get digital news, information around the globe and everyone would be educated whether living in rural or urban area .
Although it is an expensive and huge project but they are striving to launch as soon as funds will available, their planed to launch it on June 2015. MDIF is hoping that NASA will give permission to test  this technology on international space station.
