The 2014 ICC World Twenty20 will be the fifth ICC World Twenty20 competition, an international Twenty20 cricket tournament that is scheduled to take place in Bangladesh from 16 March to 6 April 2014. It will be played in three cities — Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet. Bangladesh will host the tournament as announced by the International Cricket Council in 2010. It will be second and consecutive time that an Asian country will host this event, as SriLanka hosted the previous tournament in 2012.
For the first time the tournament will have 16 teams including all ten full members and six associate members who qualified through the 2013 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier alongside eight women teams who include for the first time the hosts. The top eight (full member) teams in the ICC T20 Championship rankings on 8 October 2012 enter the Super 10 stage. The remaining eight teams compete in the group stage, from which two teams advance to the Super 10 stage.The 2014 ICC World cup Twenty20 will host a total of 35 matches.

 After Asia cup 2014 that was not won by Pakistan team. The people of Pakistan are not much dishearted because the team gave their best but unfortunately in FINAL the luck was not with them and definitely a large number of mistakes were also done by them.They should have to overcome it to achieve the goal of ICC T20 World cup 2014. Inspite of this we again say, "TUM JEETO YA HAARO SUNO HUMEIN TMSE PYAAR HAI". There is still a chance for Pakistan to win ICC T20 World cup to prove that they are CHAMPIONS. They have a good team spirit and we all know that they can do much better to give splendous performance we only hoping for best now atlast the best team will win. INSHAA ALLAH ! :) GOGREENGO ! |
